Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) is families being in charge of their own lives. FGDM is a free process that consists of a meeting where, with the help of the FGDM Coordinator, your family, friends, and other support people meet in a FGDM Conference to create a plan for the best interest of your family members. Family Group Decision Making gives families the power to use their own strengths and energy to create a workable plan rather than professionals setting up a plan.

For over 55 years, Al-Anon (which includes Alateen for younger members) has been offering strength and hope for friends and families of problem drinkers. It is estimated that each alcoholic affects the lives of at least four other people... alcoholism is truly a family disease. No matter what relationship you have with an alcoholic, whether they are still drinking or not, all who have been affected by someone else's drinking can find solutions that lead to serenity in the Al-Anon/Alateen fellowship.

The YEP mission is to provide young people with first time structured jobs that teach positive working skills and habits which will serve them throughout life.  Our young people also experience the positive reward of getting paid for a job well done. Most of these work projects take place in an outdoor setting and build self -reliant leaders and team members. Completing these challenging work projects develops our young men and women into self-confident and contributing adults.

The Youth Employment Program Coordinator offers different services under the guidelines of Workforce Investment Act. Youth are referred through community partners, family, friends, and schools. The process begins with a general assessment and continues with individually defined short and long term goals. Youth receive support along every step of the way to job placement and for follow-up services for 12 months.
