Our Services

SRP provides a continuum of services that begin soon after the youth arrives at the facility and continues until the youth is discharged from the program. Some of these services include:

The program incorporates the principles of Balanced and Restorative Justice by helping to prepare youth for increased responsibility and freedom in the community; facilitating pro-social youth interaction in the community by preventing recidivism and working to bring together the youth, family and community support systems.

The SRP Program is available to counties that request it through their annual Needs Based Plan and Budget Process (NBPB). Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis according to the projections made in the NBPB. SRP services are currently provided by VisionQuest through a contract with the DPW’s Office of Children, Youth and Families and the Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services.
